I was skeptical of the quality of a machine that was offered at this price point. I expected tripped breakers, poor weld results, duty cycle not living up to stated time. None of these fears were warranted. My first welds with each process were expected to be mediocre and I was expecting a dialing in to achieve good results. That was not the case. Every first weld turned out beautiful. The synergy feature has been well designed and as others have said, allows one to depend on the machine to set the wire speed for you. It’s a very nice looking machine and was made with quality materials. All the wire drive is metal construction and feeds steady and decisively. I’m happy with the machine and hope it lives a long and healthy life!Updated review!!!I’ve used industrial quality welders for decades. This Azzuno 200F multi-process welder has amazed me with its capabilities. I originally purchased this machine on may 2nd of 2024. I’ve welded the most challenging of situations with it as a test of what it was capable of. I haven’t found anything I haven’t been able to get a high quality level of penetration on while getting a visual that anyone would be proud to say they welded. I’ve gone above and beyond in thickness, 1” steel and the Azzuno had the ability to provide a buttery smooth weld that penetrated deeply using flux core wire. I must say I was surprised. The machine performs equally well on 110V as it does on 220v. I’ve most often welded with gas shielding. The small and lightweight Lincoln welders that I often used did nothing more than stick pieces together. The welds out in the field never lived up to the machines in the weld shop. I expected the same with the Azzuno but I was wrong. I see no difference in the machines weld quality whether it’s 110 or 220. Stick welding capability was equally impressive. Silky smooth 7018 runs were the norm. 7018 electrodes are often overlooked because they are referred to as low penetration rods, I had good penetration and quality with this machine. I’m also impressed with the duty cycle of this machine. 110V flux core welding has a duty cycle that most home shops will never have issue with. 80% duty cycle is a rarity with these smaller wire welders. I’ve recently seen a machine that had a 20% duty cycle. The fan quality on this machine must really be sufficient to provide the needed cooling. I welded 220V stick at 130 amps for quite a while and expected the fan to run longer than usual after shutting down the machine, it ran for the usual amount of time! Surprise Surprise. So I feel very confident with the Azzuno 200F and would recommend the welder to anyone!

Great welder for home use and personal hobbies. Was able to weld up a new exhaust on my Silverado. Took a little while to get the settings right but once dialed in it’s legit! Well worth the cost. I don’t see any difference than this and the Harbor Freight ones.

I bought this on a whim - needed a 200A MIG welder for a project (I mostly do TIG) and stumbled on this here at Amazon. Great price to be sure. Surprisingly, this thing works great! I have no idea how long it is going to hold up, but unlike cheap import plasma cutters, this thing seems very well constructed in terms of fit and finish, has a good solid stable arc, feeds smoothly... I'm impressed considering the price.PROS:- Fired up right out of the box with most things obvious to anyone who's done MIG before.- Does Flux core as well as MIG- Handles 10# spools of wire- Has some presets for different size wire and can handle .025", .030", .035" and .045". Comes with all necessary drive wheels for both solid and flux-core wire.- The torch is far better than I expected with a Euro-style connector.- The machine can also do lift-TIG and stick welding. Stick stinger supplied but no TIG torch.CONS: (some pretty big ones unfortunately)- The manual is utter crap - literally one of the worst manuals I've encountered. There are features that are in the machine that are completely unexplained or referenced. Presets aren't mentioned at all nor is the behavior of various other features like Inductance, Arc Force and others. No details or explanations whatsoever - just a comment that the voltage knob controls inductance when in preset mode and the wire feed knob controls arc force when stick welding. Literally a ridiculous manual.- As far as I can tell, there is no website, no tech support, no phone #, no nuthin' - although they do purport to provide a 1 year warranty.- wire feed rate is in METERS PER MINUTE! No way to change it either. If you're in the US, you'll need to divide inches/minute by 39.37 to get the proper feed speed.- Gas inlet is a 1/4" hose barb instead of a standard flare gas fitting. You'll need to make an adapter. There are multiple Youtube videos that describe it - older Everlast machines had the same issue.- Control panel consists of rotary encoders and membrane buttons. OK I suppose in general but I've never been impressed with the long term reliability of membrane keypads. This may be just me being picky, but that kind of keypad is on my washing machine and it is wearing out after 10 years. YMMVAgain, I can't stress enough my caution concerning the apparent lack of any support website whatsoever. I'm not sad at all about buying this - I am a relatively sophisticated buyer. I do think this would be a great machine for a hobbyist/home shop kind of thing or even light commercial work. If the documentation and tech support was there I would whole-heartedly recommend to a beginner
