I decided to try a collagen peptide into my routine. Mainly because at 54, my skin was looking dull, and my hair looked a little thinner on top. I've been using this for about 2 months. In that 2 months, I've drank it in my coffee each morning (it's totally flavorless) but does need to dissolve in something warm. In the 2 months my skin if visibly firmer, with my pores looking much smaller. My hair is growing in thicker on my crown and my nails grow faster. I have repurchased many times and will continue to do so. I like the travel packets, they are easy to use if you're away from home.

Collagen packs are easy to use and add no flavor. I’ve recently got my husband taking them. We feel it does help with joint pain. The packaging leaves a bit to be desired. The last box had powder on every packet. The box we just received have had 2 packets that were opened. We like the product, but really, the packaging needs more attention.

Used for travel. Worked as I expected. Dissolved quickly in hot coffee. Did not change the flavor of my coffee. Will purchase again.

I started taking this product yesterday and this morning. So far, what I have noticed is that my energy level is much higher. I usually have a big problem if I over snooze my alarm and wake up.. I end up feeling really groggy and have trouble keeping my eyes open. Today, I slept in quite a lot and woke up and my eyes felt normal and I was able to get right out of bed! I also noticed I didn't have to use as much makeup this morning because my skin looked glowy and less acne-ridden. I will continue to use this product for a month and hope that all of these benefits will keep up. I look forward to seeing the effect on my hair and my nails also. I got this product because I wanted to try to clean my skin from the inside as I am prone to acne, have sensitive skin, have dry feet and dry skin. For about $1 a day I don't think you can go wrong, from what I can tell. The sleep benefit alone is worth it to me. So far I have had the packet in a smoothie and in my water. In my water the packet tasted slightly pasty so I added a tea bag and it tastes fine. In the smoothie it didn't absorb well but that is because we were at a restaurant so I just dumped it in. For the most part it mixed with my drink, and there was just a few clumps of the powder that I had to eat. They don't taste bad, not much of a flavor, it is very slight. In my water bottle I dumped the powder and shook it for 2 minutes and it completely absorbed. I am loving this so far. It's so easy. One recommendation is do not take it on an empty stomach. I did that this morning and felt a little bit sick, so I think taking it with food is better as most vitamin brands recommend. One issue I've had in the past two days since taking this is abdominal pain and constipation. I'm not sure if they are related, so I'll continue to use it to see. If so, maybe this product won't work for me :(

I received the collagen Peptide packets in good timely fashion. The collagen comes in 30 individual packets easy to open but well sealed . My first application calls for 30 Grams/day which means I only have a10day supply’s. The ingredients are well documented and I will be reordering when I am down to 3 Days use.
