Was very easy to put together & install. I was worried it wouldn’t be tall enough when we added a deck but it’s perfect!! I just wish it had compatible weights to buy instead of generic ones that balance on the plastic bar across the back🤷🏼‍♀️

This is a very nice sturdy ladder. I would give the letter five stars, but I got to tell you when you go to put it together and you’re done you’re gonna find out that you have to go back and re-order bags to hold the ladder down that doesn’t make any sense. Looks like to me you would sell, even put it on Amazon to show you sell it can’t find it anywhere. I had to come up with a totally different kind of bag. Now I have to wait two days to order a different kind of bag to hold the ladder down. They’ve got to fix that. It’s a five but with no bag you could’ve got a one.

Great steps. The rails could be sturdier.

It's very tall! My issue was, the ladder was getting harder and harder to climb. Also, I have dogs that need to be able to get out of they fall in. These steps completely cured that. I love it! One of the rails will no go down all the way. It comes apart when grabbed. We have a 30,000 gal oval above ground pool with deck built around it. We did buy the mat to protect the liner at the bottom. That was hard to get rolled out and kept in place to place the steps. The anchored weights are a must. Especially for the bottom step. We could not find any that we thought would fit it. The ones shown in the instructions could be bought anywhere. We used gallon water jugs, play sand and water. You'll need to fill the jug almost all the way, then top off with water. they fit perfectly on bottom step.

This would be a great product…and at first glance it appeared to be just what we wanted. They are very attractive and sturdy. But when we began assembly and the first notation was “weights should be purchased separately” we knew we were likely to have a problem.(No where in the purchase info did it ever mention the need for weights.) sure enough when we completed assembly and hefted the steps into the pool they floated up. Even after the risers had completely filled with water. Now we have ordered pool weights and have to wait until they arrive to finish our project. Would have been good to know ahead of time.

Didn’t take long to put together and we love the blue color.
