Very pretty and short
The skirt is very short but my daughter is a short 1 year old so it works. But just be aware. It is gorgeous and I have no issues

This was perfect for my newborn daughter who was 2.5 months when she wore it. It's totally Minnie mouse. I liked it more than the typical costume set for Halloween. This was for diy. I really love that the tutu is big and puffy.
