This bar is a good substitute for those wanting to control carbs, etc. The bars are tasty, chewy, and satisfying. The only downside is the cost . The bars is small, the price on the high side. I buy them as a treat but not for frequent use. They will go stale if not used in a reasonable time, it seems to me

Tasty and great when you have a craving for something sweet

I really enjoy this low carb snack food. Sometimes it is hard to find in the local store so getting it from Amazon is convenient.

These are so good! Sadly the freshness of them is very iffy. I have them delivered every two weeks. I wear dentures and they make it really hard to bite. Sometimes the inside is nice and chewy. Sometimes it's really hard to bite and I have to wiggle it for a few seconds before I can break off a piece. This last shipment, the first box was not too bad, but the second was hard as a rock and the bar snapped when I desperately tried to break off a bite. I thankfully thought to put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it was editable. Still it said it expires next year, but it felt like it had been left to the elements for 10 years.

Its actually thinner than I imagined but its so tasty. I included a photo of the ingredients/ calories because i usually don’t see that included and as someone watching their sugar / salt intake its important to know whats insideWhen you finish one bar you may be tempted to eat another. Just let it sit and digest first because you’ll notice you arent hungryAlso if you have bad teeth i wouldnt buy these, they require teeth strength. I was biting with my side teethUPDATE: They still taste nice but ended up making me feel an almost bloated full after.
