After using some prenatals and postnatal from Costco, I realized there are so many other types out there that are better.First of all, pill size. These are not too big so it’s easier to swallow. The only thing is you have to take 2. But it’s not as bad because they’re not as big as the ones I used to take.There is a hint of flavor. It is a minty flavor which is kind of weird; makes me think of swallowing toothpaste. But it’s better than tasting a fishy odor, which the other pills alert giving off.Also, this is a monthly supply. Which can be pricey. But it tastes better and is more comfortable. I’ve been using this for a while now and have a subscription to refill.

I have been taking these postnatal vitamins for 2 months now and love them. I took a different postnatal after I had my first baby and I felt bloated and sometimes sick to my stomach. These give me no side effects. I take them in the morning with breakfast. To be honest they have a little minty aftertaste but it’s not bad at all! I have them on a subscription so I don’t even have to worry about remembering to order each month.. cuz you know, mom brain! I’m so happy I found these vitamins!!

Breastfeeding moms beware. Do NOT take this vitamins, peppermint is a know herb to suppress or stop your milk supply. Even thou these say postnatal/nursing I would steer clear. I opened this bottle when it arrived and the smell of peppermint was overwhelming, I left the lid off to air them out and my entire room stunk. Against my better judgement I took them and within a day I noticed a significant drop in supply. Once I stopped my normal supply returned. Shame on this company for claiming to be a postnatal for mothers, they should have done their due diligence. before using peppermint . I used many vitamins over the past 5 years and NOT one company uses peppermint. $45 in the trash since they can’t be returned, how convenient.

I haven’t had a full month in yet but so far these are great. The taste is better than others I’ve had and I feel good knowing the ingredients is all natural.

Love that these are clean ingredients and that post natal is an option. However, because of the algae in the pill sometimes there is a fishy burp. Other than that, it's a great vitamin.

These post natals changed the game. I was down in the ppd and ppa, after taking these for a few days I can already feel the difference. They are a bit pricey, but they work wonders.Would like to note, the mint flavor caught me off guard.

I love the minty flavor of these! Makes taking them not so bad!

Taste is absolutely repulsive I don’t know who thought making them “minty” would make them good BUT the vitamins are great! Wonderful postpartum blend for a healing mama!
