Better value than capsures, too long to open and close
Its good value for money, much better than capsules. The taste is not bad, but you will want to add something sweet for a full dose. The only donwside is that it takes too long to open and close the cap, jsut wasting time especially when you dividing your dose to multiple times a day. They can defintely improve this.
