Can these be used in a household oven?

I wouldn’t. They are meant for stainless steel griddles. You would scratch the hell out of your oven.

Can they be used on facets with calcium buildup?

No, this is very abrasive. Meant for a grill

I know it said it won’t damage stainless steel flat tops but will it damage stainless steel grilles? Please advise.

I can’t tell you whether it will damage stainless steel or not. I bought those to clean my grill which is cast-iron. I have used them and it has not damage the cast iron surface. Sorry I can’t help you on the stainless steel matter.
