Can i use this for a regular yoga class. my hands and feet get sweaty and i slip often. i need something to prevent that.

Yes, here are some tips for your daily use: you can lightly mist the towel with water before the practice to enhance grips. It does work best when dampened with a spray bottle. Also, avoid using lotion the day of your practice, or your hands and feet will not stay firmly planted. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you

Does it come with a mat?

Hi, thanks for your question. This is a yoga towel to wipe away sweat, it do not come with a mat. Thank you.

How do i prep this ahead of time for class? i find that the corners constantly come loose.

Dear customer, The exclusive corner pockets design can let these yoga towels stay firmly in place, and before class you can lightly spray water on the towel to improve grip.
