Using upper to hang keys, lower hooks for dog leaches and aprons. Plus, I needed the basket part for key fobs I couldn’t hang. Wanted an all-in-one wall-mount hardware piece.

This mirror looks great! Hooks are sturdy and the shelf has a lip around it. It was easy to install. Very pleased!

We don't want to do damage to the door by drilling, while we want shorter humans to be able to reach their coats. It has a nice aesthetic, and good quality.

I am using the to hold small purses/handbags and it works great!

Great for leashes, harnesses, and poop bags.

The space between rungs would be better if they were spaced further apart making the system a bit longer to accommodate bags with long straps. All the bags are bunched up making it hard to keep the door open as they butt up to the wall . If your door was not close to a wall when open, this would work better.

This is a really adorable organizer that is generally well-designed and well-made. The little wooden knobs are smooth and gentle on fabrics. The welded joints are neat and tidy. The paint job is even and clean. I saw some reviews saying that it came with broken hooks - while I did not experience that, I can see how that might happen given the way they are attached (the area they are welded to the frame is very small due to curve and relative thinness of the wire). I wouldn't expect the hooks to be able to hold up a ton of weight (e.g. don't hang your free weights off of them), but I think they are fine for normal things like jackets, umbrellas, handbags, leashes, etc. as intended.For me, the size of this organizer, including the size and spacing of the hooks, is perfect. I like the fact that the over the door hangers drop the height down a bit, so the hooks aren't overly high like on some over the door hooks. That said, I can understand why some people might find it too small if you were planning on using it for something like multiple large winter coats. Check the measurements and remember that the organizer fits 14 hooks on a frame that is supposed to be small enough to fit on most doors.I love the option of hanging it over the door or attached to the wall via screws. It should be noted that the over the door hooks doesn't work with all doors types due to the clearance issue. I found that it only worked on some of the doors in my home, so if you find that it doesn't work on one door and you really want to use it over the door, try and see if it works on another. Also be aware the organizer only attaches to the over the door hooks via the hooked ends (i.e. there aren't any screws, etc to permanently connect them) , so there can be movement and noise, especially if the door gets banged a lot.My main complaint with this organizer is that the overall rectangular frame is (often?) warped. I ended up ordering 2 of these organizer because I thought the first might be a one off, but both had this issue to some degree (one was definitely worse than the other, and this was not an issue with an uneven wall or door). The problem with the frame being a bit warped is that it doesn't lie flat against the wall or door. That, plus the fact the bottom of the frame does not secure in any way to the door/wall, causes the entire organizer to wobble and clang against the door/wall whenever anything is hung on it or whenever the door is opened/closed (if hung on a door). This is super annoying if the organizer is used frequently or on a door that is used frequently. I think that if Umbra either checked over their frames during the manufacturing process and/or added pads to the bottom corners of the frame to absorb some of the impact (or provided a way to secure the bottom of the frame to the wall), this problem could easily be remedied, and this could be a 5 star organizer.

I really like this organizer. It was so easy to install. When installed it’s sturdy. I bought it to hook my keys so I know where they are. I like the basket part to hold mu sunglasses.

Bought something to mount on the wall so we could organize all the dog gear neatly. It's the perfect size and looks great.

Has cushion to prevent scratches but it will rattle when you close the door.
