I have diagnosed ADHD, and when I am badly stressed or anxious, I have a habit of clenching my jaw so badly I often give myself a headache. My teeth have literally broken because of it. Especially in my sleep when I can’t control it.This product is essential for me, and has saved me from pain and dental appointments. They are so small and clear that I can comfortably and unnoticeably wear them in the day. And I make sure to wear one to bed every night because even when I think I don’t need to, I can be (and have been) wrong.I’ve tried other similar products, but because I clench and not grind, when I wake up my jaw hurts from being so misaligned from the thickness of the other ones. Sleep Right brand was way too thick. My jaw does not hurt in the morning from these. I don’t know how I would ever be able to live without them.And you get so many in one box. Even with all the clenching, I have yet to wear through one. I only ever need to get another one because I’ve lost it (thanks, adhd). And it comes with a carry case! I’ve ordered two boxes of these mouth guards so far, so I keep one case in my purse, and one case by my bed.I sincerely hope you never stop making these!! I can’t thank this company enough! If they are restocked, I’m buying, like, ten boxes just in case! THANK YOU!!!

A few years ago my dentist made me a custom nightguard after taking a 3D map of my teeth so it perfectly fit on my top row of teeth, which was so cool. But then I found I couldn't sleep in it because of my overbite, and the part that sat in front of my front teeth kept pushing my top lip out so I would spend hours waking up over and over again every time my lips popped open. I already have sleeping problems so I did not need this on top of that. I needed to be able to sleep. I went back to the dentist and they sanded down the front part, but it made very little difference so I just stopped trying to wear the nightguard at all. My periodontist recently explained to me how bruxism can be very damaging to the teeth's ligaments so I decided to just try something over-the-counter that might work better.These have been great, and I love that I can wear it over my bottom teeth. I have absolutely no problem sleeping with this on. I do wonder if I am clenching my teeth now to hold the device in place, but it probably doesn't matter since it seems to be helping. I have been going to doctors and specialists for years trying to figure out my extremely frequent, severe headaches and nothing has worked, but after about a month of wearing these, I have hardly had any headaches, except the predictable hormonal one that comes around but even that one wasn't as bad, so this is great. I feel better than I've felt in a long time.

I received the item, followed the given directions, however the guards do not fit properly. It says one size fits all, which is not true. I’m afraid to even try it because it doesn’t stay in place and I could easily choke on it in my sleep. It is possibly dangerous and could cause suffocation or death.Secondly I tried to contact the company Gratulor. They have no phone number to contact and THEIR WEBSITE DOESNT CURRENTLY EXIST.Upon reading the packaging and instructions I found several mistakes and contradictions. The front of the box says “molding required bpa free and latex free for upper or lower teeth no boiling cutting, or” (did not even complete this statement) “daily hygiene and comfort” If you read the instruction pamphlet it states that “no boiling, cutting, or molding required” which contradicts the statement on the box that “molding required”. Amazon, you should not be selling products from a shady company like this, especially when a person could choke and die while using the product.

I purchased these to stop from grinding my teeth at night and also to stop chomping down while asleep. They didn't work so as the title says" Save your money"

I have a major clenching problem when I sleep and have broken several teeth costing thousands of $ in dental work. I can’t wear my regular night guard right now while I have my temporary crowns are in. I got these to use in the meantime. I was pretty impressed because with the custom mouth guards I almost feel like I clench more since something is in my mouth. Lately I’ve woken up feeling pressure on my front teeth and worried about causing more damage. This product actually prevents my upper front teeth from touching my bottom teeth which is awesome! I feel like my teeth can finally get a little break. I would give it 5 stars but it’s a little too big for my mouth and falls out when I’m sleeping sometimes

At first this product can be a little uncomfortable until you get used to it. (For me it took 3 ot 4 nights). Overall very nice product! I had a problem with grinding my teeth and I'd have trouble eating because the pain my teeth grinding caused. A week after I started using this product my pain started to go away and now I've been using them for about a month and have little to no pain at all (unless I forget to wear it for a night or two)

Maybe my mouth is too small, but i found these uncomfortable in the fact that they keep my jaw in a weird position and it feels like I'm straining my mouth in a new way because it just doesn't sit comfortably so i will have to return them. The package does say it can take a week or so to adjust but i find it too uncomfortable to continue trying

I had purchased a mouth guard, because I grind my teeth at night, & had a difficult time with heating the mold & trying to form it to my teeth. It did not fit well, hurt my mouth & made me gag. So, I thought I would try these because they do not require going through the “fitting” process. They are FABULOUS! They fit perfectly on my lower teeth, are comfortable to wear & for the first time, in a long time, I am waking up without a sore jaw. To anyone looking for a mouth guard, I highly recommend trying this style because it is so much easier and comfortable.
