Not a first time buying this brand. Very rich taste. Now making Dubai chocolate. Love the taste.

Bought it to melt for Dubai chocolate. It tastes great and melts easily. Will be buying it again .

Very tasty and a wonderful rich flavor. I used them for chocolate covered madeleines and they were gorgeous!However after the chocolate cookies were left out for even an hour the chocolate turned white and kind of spoiled the whole effect.

OK so it’s ridiculously expensive. BUT. When chocolate is the highlight of the recipe this one is the one to go for. Try the following recipe which takes all of 5 minutes to make.1 and 1/8th cup milk heated to frothing in a microwave2 egg yolks4oz best chocolate. I used Guittard and was not pleased. Trader Joe’s was good. I’ve used Valrona which was the best even over Caullibaut. Smooth and creamy.1 oz espresso (instant could be used - Medallio Doro)1 tsp Mexican vanillaMix 2 minutes in mix master blender and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Keep in mind that this recipe contains raw eggs.

The taste is good. It melts easily in the microwave or bain marie. Looking for thinner texture next time but the cake cover was very smooth.

These are the best for chocolate chip cookies. They are “semisweet” and our family loved them.Delivery was quick and product was in perfect condition.

Do not buy this brand on line, unless you have no choice and your standards are generous. A few weeks ago I purchased their powdered cocoa and it came just weeks before the expiration date. Plus the date was not obvious. I had to call customer service to have someone translate the codes.I was home when this particular product was delivered. It didn’t sit around on the porch. I liked the idea of the easy to measure and use pieces. It was very expensive and the package was smaller than I had envisioned. It was an immediate disappointment, but it went downhill when I discovered that it was a solid hard mass.I’m angry to be fooled twice here. Beware of, and avoid anything on Amazon that can’t be returned, Prime or otherwise. There’s no incentive on the other side when they get the profit without taking any risk.Per description:“PREMIUM FRENCH BAKING DARK CHOCOLATE DISKS (FEVES): Perfectly sized.
