I used it in a corner of my kitchen counter to hold cookbooks. I wanted them off the counter so that the counter could be wiped, etc. It works perfectly and its easy to slide for cleaning. It looks nice too and easy to put together

I needed something for my kitchen books and this shelves fits perfectly in my kitchen.

This book holder is exactly what I needed. I needed something simple and adjustable. I love how I could make the middle section smaller to fit some thin books and papers. I didn’t need anything fancy, I just needed a little organization for my cookbooks and recipes. It was quite easy to put together too. I took off one star because there’s a paint spot that’s bubbled, so I’m concerned if that might flake off in the future. Other than that, I am happy with this purchase!

I was wanting more organization with my books that I use daily on the top of my desk. This bookcase organizer looks so pretty and is flexible. You can make it smaller or larger in diameter. I don't know what I ever did without it. It took me a little while to figure out how to put it together, but it all worked out. I highly recommend it.

Overall, not bad. I wish it was deeper. I bought it to hold a three ring binder and it hangs out more than on the shelf.

Easy assemble

I am so glad that I found this little expandable book rack. I have a toddler who loves books and would pull everything off the shelf and loved knocking them over. Bookends were dangerous and unhelpful. The metal ones were cute but seemed unsafe and so I found this one and I'm in love with it. It fit the space perfectly and has expanded as we've added to his books within reach. He's not bothered it and likes reshelving his books now and this rack makes it easy to do. I highly recommend it and will be getting more in the future as they are needed.

I had bought one of these bookends for my bedroom dresser about a year ago, and loved it so much I recently bought another for my daughter’s room. I love that we can take out a book and the rest of the heavy books we have stay in place, without everything falling over or sliding. It’s real wood, so it’s good quality - and even the white one (for my daughter’s room) looks beautiful.The picture-only assembly instructions were not too difficult to follow once you realize how the pieces are supposed to slide against each other, but I can see if some people are confused at first when trying to put it together!

Love this bookshelf, HOWEVER, the instructions are a DISASTER!!! I have had to go on the Amazon site, find the bookshelf so I could take pictures of it to print out, so I could get a close look at it to put it together....2 hours later! I do give the product itself a 5 out of 5, it's exact to the pictures of the item, very cute!
