This tool is super helpful! It can get into all the little nooks that fine sand paper can’t and cleans/polishes really well. Make sure to wear mask, eye protection and gloves. Also best if done over disposable towel so if catches any fiberglass bits and you can then throw away after polishing!

This is a real nice brush for cleaning gunk off small motors and contacts for hobby work.
This is a real nice brush for cleaning gunk off small motors and contacts for hobby work. I highly recommend it. I have used it to clean contacts for my Lionel engine motors as well as contacts for various accessories. This works so much better than sand paper or an emory board.

A tiny bit soft but will remove rust spots on car before applying touch-up paint. When it gets soft and mushy, cut the tip with scisors and go back to work

Good scratch brush but be careful.
Well made scratch brush. Like any other scratch brush which uses fiberglass bristles, it is strongly recommended that you wear gloves, a dust mask and periodically vacuum your work surface to remove microscopic glass shards and reduce the risk of silicosis. But it works well, if you take the precautions listed above.
