Great part
Much cheaper fix. You usually have to buy the entire spigot, now is just the main part and half the price

Leaking after 11 months.
This item worked fine for the first 6 months. It started leaking at the anti-siphon lid. Easily replaced it with a brass one. Now after 11 months, the valve won’t shut off and leaks horribly.

Should've listened to the ONE bad review...
This claims to be for 1/2" pex connection inside the house. Even with heating a 1/2" pex tube, I COULD NOT get it to slide on. So, I tried a short piece of 3/4 with a 3/4 to 1/2" adaptor...the pex clamps wouldn't close tight enough to hold the 3/4 pex on. I bought this early on, past the return date by the time I installed it in the house. I let it sit a little, while the silicon around it set up outside. No choice but to find a way to make it work. I got out a dremmel and ground down the end of the pipe in the house, as much as I could while overly frustrated. I still then had to heat the 1/2 pex a little to get it to start on the pipe. I got one 1/2" pex clamp on and was afraid it wasn't going to hold up a long time so I also put a regular ol' clamp on the back side of the pex clamp and cranked it down good and snug. Don't waste your time like I did. This is the only review I've written on Amazon simply b/c I've never had any problems with any of my other numerous orders. This is crap.
