Although no one has turned pink yet, the lightweight metal sign is a conversation-starter in the office. Gets chuckles and comments throughout the workday. Hung it up with a 'T' pin since the walls of my cube are very soft. One pin did it, and it's been up for over a month now with no issues staying hung. Great purchase and I am happy with it.
