Clear Glass Pint Jar Soap and Lotion Dispenser with Metal Pump (Black/Dark Bronze)

Received soap pumps. Immediately returning because they do not match the description. Description states; "Metal Pump", "strong metal dispenser top" and these are NOT METAL. They are plastic tops, not as described. Very disappointed.

This is one of those basic "gotta-have-it" options for our bathroom, and I wanted something simple that would last. I ordered this based on previous reviews and figured it would be okay, at least. It's a generous size soap dispenser and seems to be well made. I was pleasantly surprised, in fact. every other dispenser I've ever used, it dripped after squirting out the soap. This one doesn't. To me, that alone makes it worth buying.The top pump is made of metal, instead of plastic painted with a metallic finish, like so many you find these days. The draw line into the reservoir is plastic, but also seems a little heavier than typical. I like that this has a glass reservoir.The glass is weighty enough I don't worry about it breaking if I bump it with my hand, without being Coke-bottle thick. While I might like it to have a little more pizzazz, I'm a lot more concerned about how it works, and it works well. If/when I order another, I'll look at other colors in their collection, if available in the same size. That, or I could always paint it or create some kind of "cozy" to dress it up.

Holding up nicely after months of daily use by grown-ups. Looks good. I wish the neck was just slightly wider to allow for easier filling but I’m knocking any stars off for that. Really very happy with them. No more “brand clutter” in this bathroom!

Purchased for powder room. Sink is pedestal sink and this slides all over the place because there’s no rubber stopper or backing on the bottom. Wish it had something to keep it from sliding all over the porcelain. Pump mechanism works fine but I would not purchase again bc it slides every time you use it.

Broke after one fall on day 1. After my roommate accidentally knocked the thing into the sink from the counter, it broke. A single drop into the sink and it broke? I'm sure dropping these things into a sink is very common, and for it to break after one fall is unreliable.My roommate immediately replaced it with the same model and we have been using it ever since. I don't believe this is a great dispenser in general. It doesn't release enough soap to be satisfied with one pump. I usually need to apply 2 or 3 pumps to get a decent amount of soap for washing dishes.I do not recommend this product.

I purchased this soap pump back in February 2018 and three years later it is still working great. I've used this in my kitchen for dish soap and it has had a lot of use over the years with zero issues. In the same time span, I've gone through four foaming hand soap pumps and am giving up to buy another one of these. Highly recommend!!

Great soap dispenser for my kitchen! The bottle is very solid glass, the pump seems to be a good quality, and the packaging was very nice. I was sick of looking at my plastic kitchen hand and dish soap bottles, so I bought these and I really like them so far!

The handsoap dispenser in our kitchen bit the dust and leaked soap all into the sink, so I needed a replacement. I wanted something simple and sturdy and preferably with black hardware to match the dishsoap dispenser - and this did the trick perfectly. When I first started searching, a bunch of mason jar type items appeared, and I love me a good mason jar, but I didn't need anything that detailed. I wanted plain ol' glass, and I got it. It arrived in some really cute and totally recyclable packaging, and I would totally buy from these folks going forward.

I purchased 5 of these dispensers during November and December 2018. They are consistently well made and uniform in construction - not always the case with glass. The dispenser mechanism/cap feels reasonable solid, is well made and fits very well. I'm not sure what the glass mixture is and can't speak to the fragility or otherwise, but overall these seem to be a quality product - with one odd issue.Starting a couple of weeks ago, I noticed an ugly black smear on the side of my bath: at first I thought it was something kind of grease emerging from my shower controller, but on investigation it would appear that the black coating for the dispenser mechanism is literally dissolving and coming off the product.So far this has only impacted one of six different dispensers I have in use - and that one contains Johnsons' Baby Shampoo (which you would have thought, given that company's claims of how "mild" it is, would not have reacted so aggressively towards the dispenser coating.We've also used this type of dispenser with a variety of different shower gels, hair conditioners and Carex Original anti-bacterial soap [the pale blue one] without any issues. It would also seem that the "faulty" unit has not been used in a while, so I'm not sure if this could be down to a faulty application of the coating or whether that material is being attacked and eaten away by something in the shampoo. I did purchase a spare, so I will try swapping the dispenser mechanism and see if the issue repeats.

Very impressed with the shape, style and quality of these bottles. I'm using them for coffee syrups. They pump well with no dribbles or mess and will look great on the wall.

Just what I wanted. Large size, glass dispensers for washing up liquid and soap for my new sink tidy. They look really nice and hold loads of product so won't need filling so often.

NOT METAL! While the glass portion is nice and sturdy, the pump is absolutely not metal as advertised. It is simply plastic colored to look like oil rubbed bronze. I have yet to see if it will hold up the same as other plastic pumps.
