Is the smoke buddy branding part of the design or is it a sticker that's removeable?

It’s a part of the product. You cannot remove the branding

Why can't i ship this to the bay area, california?

Presumably due to plastic packaging.

So how do you deal with the smoke that comes off of your burning cigarette or Blunt?

I wondered that, too. For myself, I keep an air purifier next to me. It catches some of the second-hand smoke

Does it come with a filter?

Yea boss. It is a filter. You thinking of the sploof.
