Easy to use
Easy to use, but expensive compared to the powder. Going back to the powder, which is a little harder to use, but I am confident on what I am getting will help my septic system more.

I have no septic issues!
I've been using Rid-X for years and I have no septic issues. Having a small tank, only 750 gallons, it could be prone to problems. I use it on the 1st of every month. All of my maintenance such as this is done on the first of the month so I don't forget.
