I ordered a skirt size Large, when it arrived it didn't fit my daughter, she needed about three fingers more in order to close well. So I emailed the buyer to return it and bought a size XLarge, the buyer sent me an XL in replacement of the size Large and told me to keep the skirt. I told him I had already place the XL order to please not send me a replacement for size L because I didn't want to end up with two skirts of the same size. My daughter is a size Large regularly when buying clothes. Size XLarge arrived and she tried it on and it fit just fine, shes loves it she used it with a white bodysuit blouse and she loved it and got many compliments even though many persons thought it was a dress because the combination of the white blouse and black/white skirt with a high waist went so well. A nice purchase!

It’s fine as a costume piece, but for regular clothes it’s low quality. Also there wasn’t any elastic…

TLDR: It was thin and the strings got damaged after several uses. Don't wear lingerie underneath.I've bought this for a cosplay that I was doing in Halloween and came across this. So I decided to buy this because of all of the good reviews. It was overall great but the skirt was thin, but not too thin, and the drawstrings got ruined after several uses. I definitely recommend to not wear lingerie underneath it because of how see-though it is.
