I just received my 'POEM Studio Personalized 3D Custom Photo Crystal' and I am blown away! This is one of the best things I've ever ordered on Amazon!Okay, let's get down to the details:Ordering and customizing this thing was super easy and fun to do.It arrived super fast, which is shocking for anything customized.Right out of the shipping box you can see the quality. Mine came in a sturdy shipping box and was loaded with packing peanuts to keep it safe.The item itself comes in its own black box with a matching slip case sleeve and the interior of the box is lined with elegant black cloth.As for the 3D photo cube itself, I am so excited and happy with the result that I'm almost speechless. I sent a very old photo and they managed to get a clear detailed rendering of it in perfect 3D. The 3D effect is amazing; it looks like you can walk right into the picture. I got mine with the optional lighted base and WOW, what an effect!It also has a nice weight to it and makes a perfect gift for anyone. I can't imagine anyone not being thrilled with one (or more) of these.This is the first one of these I've ever purchased and it will not be my last. I can't believe such a decent price for such a work of art.If I could give this 10 stars I would, but you get the idea. This thing is magical! Get one. Get many! I purchased this as an anniversary gift. My spouse loved it. It’s a little smaller than I thought. It would be for the price, to be honest. I stopped to get the light box that it sits on as well. The light is very bright and shines through the whole thing aluminating the picture. It really is beautiful.

Got this in memory of our Chiweenie Dog 'Mac'.The item arrived VERY fast, but the package was handled rather roughly (see attached photos).That was the shipping companies fault. What was inside (basically the gift box) was a little dinged up, but due to how the item was packed for shipping saved it from whatever did the damage. It was WELL packed. Everything that was supposed to come with it was there and the item itself was heartwarming.I literally cried when I took it out from its giftbox, that's how amazing it is.My husbands' birthday is a week and a half away and I can't wait to see his face upon opening this little treasure up.I very highly recommend this as a gift for anyone.UPDATE: I gave him this on his B-day. The look of astonishment on his face when he held as he said: "Oh my god! How the hell did they do that?"Then tears started rolling down his face when what the image actually was fully registered. "I love it. The image is so...REAL. And the detail. I have no words for it"We miss our little Mac. But he was a rescue. We gave him 5+ years of life to which he was spoiled rotten. This was perfectly done and made the best gift for my sister’s birthday. Beautifully done and packaged so nicely. I ordered on the 1st and she had it on the 3rd. I couldn’t be more pleased. She’s been a widow for many years, but this was one of her favorite pictures. Now she can display it and see it all the time. ❤️

First off, it was delivered well before the estimated date. The glass cube itself felt super sturdy, and really hefty/heavy. It was not superty duperty crystal clear glass, but it's not a long distance hunting scope, so i (personally) don't expect it to be. Just like you can't use regular water for ice sculptures. The picture and text was very clear and easy to see. I am very pleased with it, and so was the person that I gave it to. They actually cried tears of joy, because a special moment in time was captured in something a little more long lasting than a picture that can be easily lost or damaged. Thank you POEM. I definitely recommend and will buy from them again.

This is cute. It may look better in front of a dark background or a light behind it.

I ordered this as a grad gift for my daughter's boyfriend. It came fast and was simply beautiful. The day it was delivered it was raining very hard outside. The amazon box was soaked. When I opened the box the little black box was in perfect condition and packaged very well to keep everything safe and dry. Would definitely order again.
