Perfect replacement.
Accurate, exact replacement for my washer as listed. Fairly simple install and works great. It replaced a unit that was dripping constantly into the tub when the washer was turned off. This solved the problem and the washer still has no leaks after two months of use.

Fits perfectly. Works perfectly.
A year after I bought my GE washing machine (GTW465ASN3WW), I noticed there was water dripping into the wash tub after the wash cycle was complete. If I didn't remove the clothes immediately, they would eventually get soaking wet and I had to run a spin cycle to remove some of the water. This part fixed the problem.It's a bit tricky to get the old one out. You'll need a 1/4" socket without an extension to remove the two screws holding the old part in place. You may need to move a circuit board out of the way to get to the screws. It can be done, just keep in mind that's it not a quick 2 minute job.

Save the old one for tiny o-ring
As others have mentioned it is a drop in replacement and restored full water valve control to our 10yr old GE washing machine. As many also have stated: Save the old part to reuse the tiny blue o-ring. If you don’t then you’ll have water leaking around the little water temp sensor. Other than that it’s an easy straightforward install that hopefully will add years of service!

This part saved us so much money because it was easy to install - there are great how-to vids online. One very important thing that is not mentioned here - you must save and reuse the tiny O-ring gasket from the original part - it is NOT INCLUDED with this part.

Review
The top plug was not included with this product. If it is a manufacturer part there is no top plug. Way to go for not including this small but very important part. Should have came as one piece but then you get more money cause now I have to order that which will probably take a fn week. Will not order from this company again.
