How do I remove 2Toms SportShield XTRA?

2Toms SportShield XTRA can be easily removed with hand wipes (e.g., baby wipes) or with soap and water.

Can 2Toms SportShield XTRA be used on the soles of the feet?

2Toms SportShield XTRA may be used for athletic shoes with or without socks. We recommend 2Toms BlisterShield for foot blister prevention. Use 2Toms SportShield where chafing may occur (e.g., bras, inner thighs, heels, nipples, etc.).

How long does a bottle of 2Toms SportShield XTRA last & how much should I apply?

How long it lasts depends on frequency of use. If use on large areas of the body & use it everyday, you will use it faster than someone who only uses it on their inner thighs once a week. A little goes a long way. Use only as much as needed.
