Make sure y'all sift it!
Bought this one based off of the reviews and it's great! Yes, you really do need to sift it through a sieve or else it'll be clumpy and won't dissolve properly. However, if you sift it, it'll be fine and will blend beautifully. In the mornings I drink matcha in lieu of coffee and I feel like it gives me an even better boost of energy without the crash, like coffee does. It does have a slight "seaweedy" smell to it after whisking, however it doesn't taste fishy. The quality of it overall is good for the pricepoint and is great for every day matchas. Would highly recommend!

I've been searching for Matcha similar to Ippodo Sayaka since the price has gone up. This is definitely comparable and much better value. Perfect everyday matcha.

It’s OK
I bought this because of the reviews. It sounded like what I was looking for in a matcha. The taste is OK, but not as much of a pleasant aftertaste as I like. The color is a nice rich green. As another reviewer mentioned, it is very clumpy so you’ll need a good strainer.

Best for everyday latte
best for making matcha latte, really vibrant and high quality. i love mixing it with a splash of caramel syrup and oatmilk (preferable oatly).
