Smooth operation and great ordering process. I was nervous since our windows are over 5 ft wide but they are perfect. Installation was very simple. They look like wood but you can tell they’re plastic when you touch them. They’re heavy duty but still plastic. Good value!

This product was so easy to put together myself. I am not a very handy person, but our blinds look fantastic. He notified me to tell me the blinds were ready and we're shipped. When I got them he sent me a link for a video to show how to install them step by step. They fit perfectly! Customer service is fantastic leading up to fabrication to make sure you get what you need. They look amazing and function just as intended. These are made very well - I was a little nervous about ordering expensive blinds this way but they’re great and the sales people gave me great options after I placed the order.

I was nervous about this but man it was so easy to install. If you can hang a picture frame you can do this! The owner is helpful and thorough.
