AUTOKAY 3631-8532-731 New TPMS Tire Pressure Sensor Fits for BMW 36318532731

Purchased these for my 2018 R1200gs, specifically for the rear. I also purchase this unit:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075ZQCTL2?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsso that I could ensure the bike would recognize (learn) that the unit was there before I reinstalled the tire on the wheel.I also used the MotosSan (Ultimate version) for the install.Easy install (don't forget the blue lock tight). So far it works fine. My bike reports 6 psi lower than my hand guage does; but so far I can add 6 to what I see on my bike's screen. The original reading was not all that accurate either. And the error is gone. Results may vary.So: 2 TPM units.....$37 (I have an extra now), 1 relearn tool...$10, About $90 for the OBDlink unit, and about $50 for the MotoScan app for your phone, total about $187, AND you have stuff you can surely use later. One OEM TPM unit is reported to be over $100 to $200 so what a deal ($100 to $200 or $18.50)? If you have an older than about 2013 BMW you likely will nee to purchase an $18 adapter cable.I had all the stuff I needed except the TPM unit and the relearn tool so it was an easy decision for me. Also the MotoScan app is useful for many other things, I use it mainly to reset service due messages but it has many other uses. Also, no messing with the dealer.Good luck.

The sensor looks exactly like the OEM BWM. It is very, very accurate on the PSI reading. maybe .5 PSI off and that could be my gauge. The pairing to the bike was a breeze. Using the GS911 tool set took me less than 5 minutes and the bike recognized the sensor right away. I'm very pleased with the purchase for one tenth of the BMW price. We'll see how long the battery would last. Definitely would purchase again if needed

It was wrongly advertised as a match for a BMW K1300S. It doesn’t fit.

Amazon confirmed fit states that this fits my bike but I don't think it does. There are 2 issues. The threaded locking collar is much taller than the OEM one making it harder to access the valve stem. This is not such a big deal as you can use the OEM collar on the Autokay TPMS. However, the biggest issue is that the bases of the valve stems are different from each other. The OEM one sits almost flush with the wheel whereas the Autokay one sits up high. It is almost as if the TPMS sensor is floating. I am not sure if this is OK or not but I am choosing to return these.I really wish BMW didn't charge over $270 for one of these otherwise I would have went with them.

Worked on my 2014 R1200GS using the VXDAS TPMS Relearn tool and GS-911...and reads low just like the original.

I was not over paying BMW $200 for the sensor probably made in the same factory in China as the after market. I bought this with the $8 wake up tool. Installed simple. Bike did not detect until I got a few miles down the road. Did not need the 911 tool. Bike reads 35psi. The guage reads 41psi. The guage is correct so 6psi off. This may change or maybe a way to correct with 911 tool..dunno. But at least I know when reading 35psi it is good. I was just going to ride the way I have my entire life and just periodically check tires with a guage before I would get screwed that bad by BMW. So very satified with the $ convienence balance. 2015 R1200gs

I was leary about ordering these TPMS sensors for a 2016 BMW 1200 GSA, thinking that they cost so much less than the BMW ones that they might be inferior. They appear identical in construction and so far have worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend these. The difference in price paid for the GS-911 tool that is used to get the bike to recognize the new sensors.
