I just moved beginning of March to a house with hard water (didn’t know) and my hair became trash :( I just used this tonight and my hair feels amazing and this stuff smells SO good! I got the shampoo, conditioner and packet set. Amazing product! 10/10 recommend!

Has a nice orangey citrus scent. Seemed to cut down the hard water build up on my scalp within the first week's use. I like to muse a hairdryer for heat when I use the little envelopes in my routine (once a month or so) as it helps the effectiveness. I dye my hair a cherry red and this shampoo is NOT color friendly, especially the little packet, even though the shampoo claims color safety. It made my color bleed even a few WEEKS after dying. But I would highly recommend it for what it does for cleaning up buildup. It is definitely effective.

This stuff is a miracle. I have the worst hard water that’s full of heavy metals and don’t have any filtration at all currently. The shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair super clean, making it feel lightweight, super soft, smooth, and easy to comb/detangle. I use the shampoo and conditioner 1x every three days. Not sure if I’ll even need the packets but have used those before finding the shampoo and conditioner, they’re incredibly effective. No issues with leakage which was a concern bc of other reviews. 10/10 recommend and will buy again.

Yes, it helped my hair tremendously! I had well water full of iron and salt. Now that I have my well water balanced out this shampoo and conditioner, it works even better! I can brush out my hair with no problem! I’d say try it! 👍🏼

This is supposed to be a good product and I’m sure it is but for me it wasn’t good. I thought it would be good to try since we have iron filled well water. It made my hair feel very dry after using so I only used it once and won’t use it again. My hair is very fine and fragile. Maybe it would work better with a different hair type but it definitely isn’t for me.

Let me first preface this review with 2 things. Number one, I have used expensive hair products and gone to high end salons and never had a product feel effective or worth the money. Number 2, I thought my natural hair color was "dishwater" blonde mixed with gray and other shades of blonde. After using this product I can say for the first time it made my hair softer and prettier than any product or visit has. My hair is now golden blonde, all the dingy dishwater color is gone and what is left is a beautiful blend of blondes and silver and much more manageable and less frizzy. This stuff is AMAZING!

Our water in our area is absolutely horrible!!!!! After one wash my hair felt the cleanest it’s been in a long time. The conditioner is light and a lot is not needed. I have naturally curly hair and after one use, I got my curls back. The shampoo and conditioner are fragrance free. The Hard Water Wellness crystals will emulsify in your hair and create suds. I used these products on my long hair (nearly to my waist) to remove build up of hair products, hair colour, and hard water deposits. For about 8 years, I've used the curly girl method. That means no harsh shampoos, and lots of leaving conditioner on my hair. I decided it was time to clarify my hair, to remove all the build up of product. I've been living in an ultra hard water area for years, so my hair can feel rough and look dull. I wanted to get rid of the mineral deposits, to have soft hair again. Lastly, I've been using permanent colour for years. I wanted to see how much of that colour I could remove safely, as a prelude to letting my natural colour grow out. I used this set of products twice, following the directions carefully. The results are good! I was pleased that the shampoo and conditioner cleared out a lot of the stickiness and heaviness from years of product. They broke through the mineral deposits, leaving my hair softer. They took out a lot of the colour, so my regrowth line is not as harsh and skunk-like. Definitely would purchase again.
