Great collar with bright LEDs. Great for visibility as it gets darker, sooner. Nice quality. It does run a tad on the bigger side. So make sure to size up or down. Easy to use and easy charging.

I have three of these for all three of my dogs (different colors) and they all work great! The battery life lasts long (I only turn them on at night during potty breaks) highly recommend!

The collar, when working, provides excellent light that is highly visible and effective when walking my dog on dark city streets. However, as too many of the reviews have said, the light consistently turns off on its own, and when turned back on, quits after a couple of minutes. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. If the manufacturer can fix this problem, it would be the perfect lighted dog collar for safely walking in the dark -- and deserving of 5 stars.Update: The seller has immediately replaced the defective collar and the new collar works perfectly. The high visibility of the light and its high quality materials makes for a very safe collar and a great value. I'm happy.

I bought these collars in February and they didn't make it a year before they start to shut off on their own. I let my dogs out at night and depend on the collars to let me know where my dogs are, but they shut off by themselves leaving me to rely on my flashlight. The buckle and material are fine, and better than most on Amazon. The proprietary charging cable comes with it, but why not use a micro USB? Overall, they are nice collars, but they do not last long. For me the cost was around $1.65 per month once they stopped working, so I guess it's a good deal, I'd buy several backup collars just in case.Update: Illumiseen contacted me, replaced the collars, and said they would be working on upgrades ti improve the longevity of their collars. This is unheard of in today's market. I am impressed with how quickly they contacted me. As I stated in my review their collars are not expensive so to receive this level of customer service was a surprise. I will continue to buy and recommend their product.

BOTTOM LINE: If your smoke detector only worked half the time you'd dump it or demand your money back - this is the same idea. Bought half a dozen. The cheerful customer service people will replace them every time, but NONE of them work for more than a few days or weeks before they start to turn off at random. When your dog escapes and walks across a busy street, that's when the collar will fail without warning and go dark.It's taken me over two years to get to the point where I was pushed far enough to write this review. I now have 4 of these collars in two sizes and three colors, and NONE of them works properly. i don't like to complain so at first I just kept buying new ones as my dog grew up, thinking that I'd just gotten a bad one or that it wore out faster than expected. But these are supposed to keep your dog SAFE (!) at night and these collars make my service dog less safe at night, so I had to throw them all away. When function is intermittent it is far more dangerous than if they always work, or if they never work! But the switch was faulty on every single one of them and malfunctioned within 0 to 6 months on ALL of them. There was absolutely no way to predict when it would fail, and once it failed it would continue to fail intermittently: stayed lit for a little while and then shut itself off.YOU COULD LOSE YOUR DOG OR S/HE COULD GET HIT BY A CAR BECAUSE LED'S SHUT OFF BY THEMSELVES. I would take my dog out at night and never know when the light would go off and I would suddenly be unable to see my dog. Thank heavens he is magnificently trained and I exercise him in a large enclosed horse paddock far from any roads. But a dog that wandered off could easily be hit by a car because the lighted collar can become a useless dark piece of fabric at any moment.THE COMPANY IS VERY NICE BUT WHEN THEY SUGGEST THAT YOU DID SOMETHING TO CAUSE IT, DON'T LISTEN. I called the company several times and they are always very nice and polite and send out a replacement if you ask. They are so nice you feel terrible about complaining. But there is always the suggestion that you must have gotten the product wet (I didn't. But give me a break: it's a dog collar; It is useless if it will break in the rain!) or that I hadn't charged it properly (I am a biomedical engineer so I'm pretty well qualified to charge a dog collar) or that I'd done something else to cause failure of the led switch on the product.GREAT DESIGN BUT THE SWITCH IS WORSE THAN GARBAGE. So this is a great design and the people at the company are always very nice but it is unconscionable that they won't dump the bad switches and get some top quality, reliable switches to make this a "safety" device as advertised, instead of a danger to your dog.I need a collar or light that will function reliably if, heaven forbid, there is a hole in the paddock fence someday and my dog gets lost and wanders the half mile to the road. This device will work on mondays and wednesdays and fail on tuesdays and thursdays. For a safety device, intermittent failure like that makes it extremely dangerous. Sometimes it won't turn on at all after you take it off the charger, sometimes it works for 20 to 60 minutes and suddenly goes dark. Sometimes a new one will work great for a week or a month and then start this intermittent failing. But it ALWAYS BEGINS INTERMITTENT FAILURE WITHIN A FEW MONTHS OF PURCHASE. Do your dog (and you) a favor and THROW THEM OUT before the day when your dog gets lost and you really need it to work to save the dog's life. I got this collar 2 months ago but didn't use it until recently just after the 1 month warranty. It stopped working on the second day of use and I decided to left a review for my experience. 3 weeks after I got a message from the seller saying they are very sorry for the experience I had and they sent me a replacement as it might just be a faulty battery. I been using the replacement collar for more than a week now and so far its very nice and bright. The battery last long even if used for more than 1.5 hours every single night for more than a week. I was not expecting that the seller would reply and sent me a new one. I'm very thankful and will highly recommend to by this from this seller.

This collar is excellent. - I rarely go to the effort of writing reviews but this really warrants the time spent to express how good they are.I was after a collar that I could use with my Frenchie when I give him a little walk around the block in the evenings and feel I have lucked out when ordering this.The brightness is excellent, it's bright and very easy to see in the day or night. It casts a glow on surrounding areas a little which initially I didn't like but it really is a benefit when my dog goes for a sniff in the bushes.It's clearly of high quality and easily adjustable. It even comes in a lovely storage bag to keep it clean and tidy when not in use. The sizing is also pretty accurate which is great.I think the price is more than reasonable at £15, and I will absolutely be ordering again. - I have also ordered the same style collar but a different brand via amazon as my chosen colour and size wasn't in stock and that one really shows up how great this one is.It's easy to charge, a button that's secure but easy to locate and press in the dark, its bright and its of high quality.For me, overall this is 10/10 and ticks all the boxes.
