Rhode Island Novelty 3 Inch Sea Life Plush Toys Bag of 24 Pieces

I read other reviews stating how small these plush animals are, so I wasn't surprised by their size when I got them. In fact, I selected them in part due to their small size. You can hold these in the palm of your hand. Very tiny, just a few inches across, but very cute. Granted, they aren't super high-quality either but they are sufficient for being part of a goody bag, for instance. I used them in our "going fishing" game at my son's fishing-themed birthday party. Each child hung his line attached to a pole over the railing of our second-story deck, and someone down below attached one of the plush sea animals to the hook(a clothes pin). The kids all loved their sea animals. There are only 6 different sea animals, so you get repeats of each one, and not necessarily an even number of each. I got a few more dolphins than anything else and I was shorted on my number of sharks. My favorite was the crab. I ordered two sets of these animals and a couple were missing from one of the orders. I had more than enough though, so I didn't return or complain.

I put these in kits for teachers to use in their classrooms to help with behavior management and calming down younger students (K-5). No hard parts so these are great as low-risk stress balls. 6 different animals (as pictured). I bought 10 bags (240 total) last year and there were just about even numbers of each animal (off by 3 or 4 total - ended up with more orcas and sharks). Inexpensive, so teachers were encouraged to give them to students if necessary as a behavior contract/self-management tool.These aren't super high quality (weaker seams, some asymmetry), but for $0.63 per plush, they're cute, soft, comforting toys that can be easily replaced. I could even see a classroom teacher get a bag and use them to define 6 different teams of 4 or 4 different teams of 6 and use these as a theme for building teams in the classroom throughout the year for cohesion and identity. Lots of great uses. Good balance of quality and price.

Fine for what I needed them for. I used them about 10-15 times for a class of children to use as a prop for a song while they sing and dance. Most of them need some repair now where the stuffing hole is opening up. That will be easily accomplished with a needle and thread. The kids loved the little sea creatures. It was cheap enough, yet durable enough, that after I repair them, I can use them many more times to come. I had been in search of Beanie Babies so that I would have more than the 12 or so I already had, up to a large classroom set of 32 or so, but those cost much more than these little fish. With these 24, plus some small finger-puppet size little fish I already had, this was just right for school. The colors are bright. They are not as large as a Beanie Baby, but that turned out just fine for children age 5-11 who were swimming their fish around at the appointed time during the songs we were singing in Seussical Junior while just in class. They would be small for an audience to enjoy if you were on a stage. I was only doing an in-class version of the musical with these.

Ordered these as items for birthday treat bags. They are very cute and were just what I was looking for. Yes, they are small, the striped fish is the longest at 4 inches, and the rest are around 3 inches, with the lobster a little less than that. They appear to be relatively well-made, I didn't see any stitching flaws or problems. (Though the octopus is not anatomically correct, with only 5 tentacles. Easily marketed to 3 year olds as a squid.) I could see these as cute decorations, or even made into attachments to a keychain or key fob, and for the price, they're just right for small party filler items.

I got these to put in goody bags for my baby's first birthday. These are not 100% perfect as there is a tiny bit of stuffing and small amount of loose threads on some of them but they are still very good quality. I was worried that the crab would look weird (judging by other reviews) but don't worry, the crab does not look weird. All of the plushes I received looked like the animals they are supposed to be. I would purchase these again if I needed to, I love them!

They weren't as cute as they were in the picture but honestly they were cute enough for 13 bucks :p They look a little derpy but that's to be expected at this price range. There were exactly four of each style so that was nice.The sharks are cute but they have black stitches on their mouths so that was kinda weird. The dolphins and orcas and clownfish all look good. The octopus has big old dead eyes which makes it look kinda derpy but it's cute regardless. The crab is slightly bisected but otherwise not bad looking.

I ordered these for goodie bags items in my son's 4th birthday party that was sea life themed. Hesitant bc of earlier reviews I was pleasantly surprised: 1) they didn't have any odor whatsoever, 2) I received the variety shown (four of each doll), 3) all were very cute and you could tell what each animal was easily, 4) none missing, received all 24 and arrived several days before expected. I'd order these again, they would be perfect for preschool special treat bags instead of giving candy.

Some of them look a little cheap, but considering the price, they are better than expected. No flaws or anything, just some sloppy design.We put them in ballons. Dropped them from the ceiling and the kids went crazy with the balloon drop then the popping of the balloons then the mad scramble for the toys.
