Stable on the grill in either direction (will depend on grill bar spacing - but fine on mine..). Flat kebab skewers will sit stable on either side of the V notches for 45, 135, 225 and 315 degrees. You can also place them on the flat top for 0 & 180 degrees too. I love to use these, far easier than my old single notched ones and far sturdier. Very surprised at the exceptional quality for the very reasonable price.

Big and solid rack!Great product! I cooked for my friends, and found these racks are really useful, they are long enough to handle 7 skewers at one time, so I didn’t let them wait too long. And the racks are heavy-duty as advertised, they are made of solid high grade stainless steel, durable and easy to clean, value for the money.

These pieces will last my lifetime anyways...they work great....bought 2 sets and so so I can fit 9 skewered on my ceramic smoker/grill.....may get a rectangular style grill since we do a lot of skewering....14 skewer positions ought to be enough?!

I would have given 5 stars if capacity was 8 skewers instead of 7. Who has a set of 7 skewers? Other than that issue, they work great.

Good and sturdy. Unfortunately, my big Weber grill wasn't wide enough to accommodate them with the skewers I bought. That was my fault because I ordered without measuring. All in all a good product. Washes in the dishwasher.

This was great as I made kebabs and these risers were so good as my kebabs didn’t burn at all. They tasted amazingly as the moisture stayed in. I need to order another set so I can double up the kebabs

I want to love these but I found them more of a pain to use than helpful. They move around so muchI ended up removing them from the grill also No charring or grill marks because the skewers are lifted off the grill.I don’t know if I’ll try again, I had the grill open so long trying to fix and balance everything that all the heat had escaped from having the grill lid open so long.

These kabob holders are heavy and durable. It is nice not having to worry about them falling over easily when you are rotating the skewers. The width between the slots has also worked very well for all the kabobs we have grilled thus far.
