quality upgrade for my EXC Amp MT

This product seems well made overall, but there are a few problems with it. First off, it is not very easy to install, and I have lots of experience working on and racing rc vehicles. I'll cover the pros first. The operation is smooth, and rolls on ball bearings, the fitment is good, and the color matches other ecx alloy parts. Ok, so the cons...there are no instructions included with it, it comes with various screws, half of which i didn't use. The screws that it did come with are metric, but the thread in the bellcrank is SAE. the posts that the bellcrank rides are are threaded correctly for metric, but where you install your tie-rods, and servo linkage, the thread is SAE. Makes no sense. I ended up drilling out the holes for my tie-rods, and found some metric bolts that would work for it, and installed locking nuts on the back side. There is just alot of screwing around to get it to fit right and work properly. Once installed it works well, although the servo saver action could be a bit smoother, and its difficult to adjust the spring tension once its installed in the vehicle. I would still recommend this product, because there just are no other options that im aware of that include a servo saver. If you dont want a servo saver, i would just go with the rpm servo saver eliminator. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

This was the hardest part of my build so far. But after installing it took out all the stock slop. Fast delivery and excellent customer service.

The craftsmanship was great. However, the thread pattern for the ball studs was incorrect. The only way I could make this work would be to purchase new ball studs (not sure of the thread pattern) or buy a tap to match my existing ball studs. However that requires a trip to the store and more cost. They should include the ball studs so as to avoid this issue.

Worked great on my ECX Amp DB. No more tire wobble in reverse.It does not come with instructions So you have to figure out how itgoes together by yourself.

Does not work for ESC MT. Thread is different. I was able to make it work by drilling it out and using a #4 nut and blue locktite on the back.Once it's installed, it works like a champ though!

this takes 2.5mm tie rod screws. drilling out to 3mm stripped a hole out. does not accept standard ball mount from factory.

Really like it, easier to adjust on vehicle than someone mentioned, just take a small flathead screw drive and spin adjustment bolt. I still prefer the 2 wedge design better, but this is a million time better than stock while still offering some server protection.
