Kingston BrassKS1271ALBS Heritage Bridge Kitchen Faucet, 8-9/16", Polished Chrome

After pushing through nearly 10 years with two sub-standard and ugly Delta Faucets (both leaked after 2 years of minimal use...there are only TWO ADULTS here in our home and we do NOT over use or abuse our sink faucets), I purchased this great Kingston Brass faucet based on aesthetics and MANY online reviews. Although pricey, this is a great faucet and I am extremely happy with my purchase.For starters, THIS IS A HEAVY BRASS, gorgeous CHROME-PLATED faucet that feels substantial and durable... the entire faucet mechanism is HEAVY! Our ONLY GLITCH was the FIRST faucet (our first purchase of this exact faucet) HAD A SPLIT IN THE ACTUAL BRASS ALONG THE BRIDGE, which caused a pin-hole leak (can you believe it)? What are the chances of the actual BRASS being split??? Upon searching and searching, securing & reconnecting connections and searching again, my husband discovered a small split along the rear of the bridge! So we immediately contacted Amazon and returned the defective faucet. We were immediately given return/refund instructions from Amazon and because we loved the faucet so much, we immediately ordered a second Kingston Brass KS1271ALBS Heritage Faucet. Upon ordering a second faucet (no hassles, second one was shipped with an additional charge to our credit card for the second faucet...first faucet was credited back to our account upon receipt by Amazon Returns), we removed the first faucet, dried everything off, repackaged the defective faucet and dropped the item off at our local United Parcel Service/Fed Ex storefront for its return to the Amazon Fullfillment Center.This Heritage collection faucet is attractive and goes very well in our 160-year old farmhouse kitchen. Style truly is old "Victorian" and is very attractive and easy to clean. The double handle kitchen faucet includes a 8" centerset setup with a 360-degree turn swivel hook spout, so CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS and make sure the upper faucet "swivel" mechanism et al "clears" your back splash...that seems to be the biggest "hazard.The hot/cold handles move in a 1/4-turn rotation, which I like. Everything fits/feels tight. We have no drips, no leaks. Per usual, installment was a bit of pain, as my husband had to contort himself, then brace himself for the arduous, under-sink, usual "faucet replacement installment nigthmare." Obviously, it is MUCH easier to install an initial faucet in new construction versus remove an old, broken faucet, replace a faucet, remove a defective new faucet, replace a faucet, etc.But all is good! Water pressure is extraordinary and a HUGE plus is a pot "sprayer" that is actually BRASS (and not your usual typical plastic). Love everything about my new faucet! It is super-durable, functional and attractive!!

I looked for a long time for a new kitchen faucet. The ones I found that I liked were out of my price range. The ones in my price range, I either didn't like or had bad reviews. Finally found this one and ordered it. I have had it for awhile. No problems and still looks beautiful. Seems like good quality.

It’s only been installed a few days and I’ve already received so many compliments! It’s a very nice faucet and very affordable compared to others like it. It fits the antique esthetic perfectly! I’m very pleased with this purchase

We bought this faucet in April, 2023 as we began construction on our dream home and picked out all our styles, fixtures, etc. early.The faucet sat in a garage, still in the box, until November, 2023 when we had it professionally installed by the plumber who did all the other faucets, plumbing, shower heads, etc. in our whole home. In total, there are 22 faucets in the home (sinks, tubs, shower heads, laundry sink, exterior hoses, etc.). Literally, only one drips. This one. :-(Super frustrating because he is a very high rated plumber in the area and required us to pick ALL our fixtures through a specific provider. We were annoyed with this at first but he told us he's had too many stories of people providing their own parts, faucets, etc., and then they don't hold up like the professional grade ones do that he prefers to use. But we told him we would hire him and agree to use his supplier for every EXCEPT the kitchen sink - because my wife had found this faucet that she REALLY loved the style of.He agreed. And now...I look like an idiot with him saying "I told you so", as this is the only faucet that doesn't work right.To be fair, it is a very slow drip - maybe one drop every 2 minutes. But it is growing more frequent with time. I'm too far past the return window, and now have to deal with the trouble of a repair/swap, etc.Hopefully the customer service team will reach out to me directly for a solution, and if so, I will update this review to reflect their level of customer care. TBD.

We bought the Kingston faucet more than 5 years ago, It is both beautiful but a really solid faucet. It is made of ALL high quality materials and still shines up beautifully just by wiping it down. Last week we had an issue were the aerator, the part where water exist the faucet, broke. This is an internal part, not external. We took it apart and an internal plastic piece had broken. We still had the documentation and it indicated there was a 10 year warranty. I emailed Kingston and sent them a photo of the broken part and they sent us a new aerator and the brass fitting as well within about 7 days total time. Incredible support for their product and the people answering the emails were very helpful.

Why have a modern faucet with a farmhouse sink? Everyone who sees this, wants to know where I got this! It is beautiful and matches perfectly with my sink. Great height for filling a pot too!

Works great. Caution when installing on a metal sink. This faucet has weight to it. Probably better suited to be mounted to a counter.

The media could not be loaded.  We bought this faucet to go on our vintage cast iron sink. We love the vintage look and the sprayer functions with ease. Set up manual was easy to follow! Very happy with this purchase.

I love it! Looks amazing in my kitchen, hubby just installed it as we are in the middle of our kitchen reno and so far it’s been great! I know a lot of people were complaining about the sprayer hose but they have upgraded the hose. We shall see how everything holds up.

The faucet was easy to install. Package contained all the parts!! Nothing missing. Would be great if the company included replacement Hot and Cold cartridges for future use.

I'm an interior decorator and have used this faucet twice now in chrome. Really great product at the price point it's offered. Gives a real lux French Farmhouse feel.

Faucet added style to the kitchen. Plumber installed with no issues. Price better than any local products. So glad I took the chance.
