Can this bottle handle spraying Acetone ?

No, I had a bottle with acetone in it for a few months and it destroyed the seal inside, so doesn't spray anymore...

could the sprayer handle AND spray diesel fuel or kerosene?..or transmission oil?

The most toxic or corrosive substances I've used it with is diluted bleach, Clorox cleanup and Scotch Guard, which it handles just fine. Not sure about kerosene or diesel fuel.

can you use this for solvents like wax and grease remover?

I'm not sure about wax, but grease remover should be fine. If I were you I would go to the chemical guys web site and it will have more information for you.

Would this survive being sterilized in a pressure cooker?
