I recommend this product if you got skin irritation or itching
This product great. I have had a lot of skin irritation lately not sure why. I have used this product before and it helped. It's a bit more than regular soap, however it's been kinda helpful.

Soothing
Gave this a 5 star although I am not sure is it doing anything for my psoriasis since I am using a steroid gel as well. However, it's a nice soothing soap.

So far So good
I have perpetually dry skin especially on my legs, after reading reviews of a number of soaps, shower gels and body cleansers I decided to try this. Although I have only been using for two weeks or so, I find the soap to be mild and not causing any irritation to my already sensitive skin. And, thatâs a plus. Even products like the Cetaphil line can cause issues. I feel like initially my skin is soft after showering. (I do use the Kenkoderm body moisturizer as well.) But as the day goes on my legs get dry. However, the overall appearance of my skin is much improved. The soap is definitely helping and is probably better for me than the shower wash products I had been using. I even tried it on my very sensitive face with no redness or irritation resulting. The soap appears to have no scent so thatâs a plus. And, it does lather a bit which I also like. I am going to keep on with this soap to see what long term improvement may occur.

Didnât help my Dermatitis, but Continue to Use!
I have been using Kenkoderm Psoriasis soap for a while now, and unfortunately, it hasnât helped my psoriasis or dry skin. However, I continue to use it because it has no fragrance or smell, which is great for those who are allergic to perfumes. In fact, since there are no chemicals, perfumes or smells, it doesnât affect my wifeâs allergies when I use it. In my estimation, Kinko derma psoriasis soap is a good choice for those looking for a natural and fragrance-free option, especially if smells affect the health of a loved one.
