As good as homemade.
These are really tasty. After boiling them according to directions I drain them and then sauté them in butter for about two minutes with a touch of salt. They are really delicious this way.

It's a bit pricey, but I can't find any good spaetzle locally, so I'm willing to pay.
I like to try my hand at kasespaetzle now and then, but I'm not brave enough yet to make my own noodles.Used to be able to find a decent pack at the local grocery store, but they stopped carrying it. I think I was the only one ever buying. These noodles are better and more authentic than the ones I could get, so aside from a pretty steep price hike, it's a change for the better.

Close to homemade!
I cook traditional German food occasionally and accompany spaetzle as a side dish. The Bechtel Spaetzle saves a great deal of prep time and has authentic flavor for a good price.

A Nice Potato/Rice Alternative
Unique flavor alternative to rice and potatoes. Good by itself or in recipes. Can be cooked to your desired degree of done-ness, i.e., al dente. Beware of the brittle cellophane bag, however, and keep this pasta in a container.

Excellent quality for “store bought” noodles
These spaetzle noodles are quite good...almost as good as one could make at home. But they are much easier on a busy cook. I count myself as particular; these meet the mark for use on my family’s table. (I do wish they were made of eggs produced by (truly) free range chickens.)
