What an item to review 🫣 lol but let me say that these puppies do work. Obviously I'm about to get very TMI here, but alas... I'm not sure if it's hygienically recommended or not, but I wore a sheet for an entire work shift on a particularly gassy day, and to my surprise, it lasted all day and not a single poot slipped through. For me, I found that the accordion method is not great though (had some seepage), so I just do the half fold on the larger ones as well. I did not find it uncomfortable but it is there of course. I've just ordered a second pack because I think these will continue to be a go-to for a gassy girl like me. I even felt a new sense of hope/relief for my future married life should I ever end up sharing my bed at night 🤭

I was reluctant to discuss this but felt I should share. These work wonders against odor. Like total elimination. And if you want to prolong their life, wrap one layer of toilet paper around it before insertion. You will not have to replace as frequently. I took one star away because I have never found them to eliminate the noise. But their effectiveness against smell makes them well worth the price.

This product really works!!!

After unsuccessful stimulator placement and pelvic floor therapy, I continued to have loss of “gas-control” due to childbirth and hemorrhoid surgeries. I thought I’d never be able to go to the gym again. I was embarrassed and felt trapped. I have been using these pads regularly for the past year. I’d say these have made an 80% improvement in my symptoms, and I can live with that. As long as you wear underwear that is tight enough to hold them in place, they stay put and are comfortable without chafing after all-day wear.

What a relief to have such a great product to take care of a very embarrassing problem as a result of colon surgery. The enclosed instructions are very easy to follow; I am delighted.

the idea has merit, but I could not make it stay where it was supposed to, would highly advise manufacturer to take cue from female hygiene products ( female pads) ans add a sticky circumfrance to pad , so it stays in the vicinity without moving all over the place inside the underwear, it has to be on edges so rest of pad can let the air through , after hopefully absorbing the stinky elements, and it would stick to the underwear, and stay put.

Wow, am I glad I tried these! Ladies, excessive gas is real and NOT ladylike! Stinky gas is also not ladylike! These things work! I was hesitant to try them but they’re the real deal. Maybe it’s your husband that needs these more than you? I prefer the round ones but since they’re not available, I use the other ones in the meantime. They are not uncomfortable and they are highly effective. Additionally, I contacted the company to ask about the round ones and they quickly responded to let me know they will be back. They’re a little pricey but worth it for the peace of mind.

I Totally dislked this product...it does not work as it is supposed to...it does not silence the sound at all...the odour as well is not suppressed...I hope I am wrong...could you suggest another brand which is more expensive and which really works...
