This bottle will last for a solid three months if you use just one spray each day. I highly recommend this vitamin D as it’s affordable, effective and very easy to use! I will definitely be buying more!

I'm perpetually vitamin D deficient and for whatever reason capsules and tablets don't do much at least according to labs. The spray mechanism works well and the actual spray isn't gross-tasting. It has a generic sweet taste, it reminds me of sweet tea a bit but with a light little puff of mint. It doesn't leave an aftertaste or any weird texture behind.

Nice size, easy to use, and it doesn't taste terrible. Will definitely buy this again.

The flavor sucks lol its like old spearmint gum in a purse. But! I will continue to use this everyday. It really makes a difference in my anxiety, depression and general well-being. I love it. Maybe a new flavor though? Please? Lol
