Will this fit the Tundras as well?

Unfortunately, this particular setup will not fit the Toyota Tundra.

Says 3” with mine are 2-1/2” is the right one

If you’re trying to put them on a Tacoma with stock leaf springs, it will work. Any model Tacoma. Mine is a 2nd gen (2005-2015)

Do these give added weight capacity? About how much?

Yes. You can remove the overload spring to achieve 1.5” of lift and with the overload, 2.5”. Not sure on weight capabilities but it does allow to carry more weight. Think of it this way, the stock configuration is 3 leafs and overload. This adds 3 more to that.
