Wish they were waterproof !
I tried to find some info on these lights (and others by Partsam), as to whether they are waterproof. I couldn't find out, so I bought them hoping they are, since they are intended to be installed on trailers. Upon receiving them, I saw that the spot where the wires penetrate the rear of the lights did not appear to be sealed in any way, so I figured at test was in order.... I put one in a bowl of water and let it sit for an hour or so, and unfortunately water DID get into the LED light area. I might try to seal them up myself and test again, but I basically think that if you need waterproof lights (like for a boat trailer), you should buy some that at least claim to be waterproof. The seller of these did not claim they were, so I am not slamming them - just providing information on my findings for others to make their own decisions on.Update: Still haven't used them, but installing on a new trailer... most of the marker light seem to be sealed where the wire enters, but a couple are missing the "glue" or whatever around the wire. The tail lights didn't have any, so I added some sealant. Hopefully they will work ok when submerged.

LED Kit
This kit worked out great, super bright, all the LED's work and are nice and constantly bright while in use. Very happy with the marker lights, lots of extra wire, someone was thinking when they put this all together.
