Ruedamann 3300 lbs Threshold Ramps for Doorways, 1" Rise Rubber

Upon receiving this today I immediately took it over to our small non-profit building. The entrance has an "almost" zero step entry, but it had enough lip to make it a little difficult for those using a walker, scooter or wheelchair. This fit perfectly against the 3/4" threshold and makes it a true zero step entry. The ramp is made of a solid rubber material with a good weight and seems unlikely to shift with use. In the unlikely event it does shift I think a thin line of adhesive between its front edge and the sill will beall it needs to hold it in place. Upon opening - yes, it does have a strong rubber odor. Ours is outside, so it's not an issue. If you are using it inside you'll probably want to let it air out for a couple of days. I'm very pleased with this product and a bit chagrined we didn't get it sooner!

Threshold of screen door was 9/16". I am disabled and must use a rollator or wheelchair. I had to lift the device over the threshold as it one sided and was not a saddle threshold). This ramp works perfectly! I did not put down the adhesive tape and laid the ramp directly on the deck boards. It doesn't move when I've rolled or walked over it. I am thrilled to have found this product! It was not curved or bent and came in a long carton so it started out perfectly flat. Other ramps for such a small riser seem to arrive rolled up and hard to get them to lay flat. Recommend this ramp!

Sturdy, hard rubber that is still with limited flexibility (desirable trait) so it can fit easily, works and fits correctly. Second set of ramps we have purchased, this was a good purchase.

Be accurate, Do your measuring and YOU'RE going to love this ramp as much as I do! I placed mine inside my front entry door to correct the height difference between the floor and threshold. The 1.4" rise of this Heavy Duty rubber ramp turned out to be the Perfect answer & fit! I'm very pleased with it and Now it's safer going in and out. I have similar situation elsewhere in my home so I'm considering buying another. Yes it's on the costly side but I just had to take the leap and Glad I did! This was easy to install and works well for our household. We have a heavy battery powerchair and a garage with wildly uneven door frames. This is the best and safest ramp we've gotten to make it easy and safe to get that chair outside! It is slip resistant but you will want to use a heavy duty double sided rubber tape to help hold it in place. It was the perfect size for the entryway we needed to install it; measure twice, order once! It has a light rubber odor that has dissipated over time;not really an issue. Worth its weight in gold in our house.
