This stuff works! It took me a few weeks to figure out the right dosing. I take one capsule 3 times a week and that is the right strength. It is pricey, but it works and I have been more comfortable, so it’s worth it.

They’re great for ibs guysss
I love this stuff. I have constant constipation due to my IBS and nothing works quite like these. Just take them at night and wake up and it works! Most laxatives don’t work for me, eating more fiber never works, BUT THESE!! Have helped me sosososo much. They last a month by taking 2 every day. And they don’t have a taste at all, they’re amazing. I love em.
