works good
just started taking it, but my bowel movement have improved already, won't know about the high cholesterol till after my doctor appointment in September. I don't burp it up like the fish oil, that is a huge plus. I recommend this product.

Difficult to swallow
Something about the size and shape of the gel capsules make them very difficult to swallow. I will have to try a different brand.
