The media could not be loaded. I've used this to make several sweet treats now, and it is wonderful! I love getting to pop out each piece of dessert; it's actually really fun! I've had no issues with food sticking to the pan, which makes cleaning so easy. Very high quality piece of baking pan!

I bake a lot of jumbo muffins and I like using silicone pans but the ones I have been using have no handles that are rigid - so it can be really difficult to switch shelves in the oven or get them into the oven initially without spilling the batter. These are genius! So much easier to transport to oven and switch oven shelves etc. So far, having made a few batches of muffins, they bake perfectly and the muffins pop right out with no running a knife around the edges needed etc. Clean up has been a breeze - much easier than the earlier ones I had that seemed to get little bits of baked on better stuck in them and it was very hard to get it off, even with soaking. Worth the extra $$ if you bake a lot!

This pan is ideal for the breakfast "muffins" I make every week. The metal rim makes transferring the pan to and from the oven easy and stable. The pan is nonstick so muffins pop out easily.

I used a coconut spray to make it easy to remove the muffins but it wasn’t needed. They literally popped out when I shook the pan! Beautiful gift for a wedding shower too!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this pan with the exclusive intent to make eggie bites. Every time I used my old muffin tin, I could feel myself absorbing whatever unknown toxic chemicals had leeched into the bites. I also had to soak the old muffin tin for literal DAYS to get the eggies off (I don’t use butter because fat or whatever and I don’t use that spray non stick aerosol stuff because chemicals, probably). Friends, my life has changed. I bought this muffin tray because it’s cute and this is one of the only brands I’d trust to not pump their silicone full of fillers…when these people say food safe, I believe them, because I stretch their silicone to the limit in every direction and I see no color change or mysterious white powder. This is the coolest tray because the metal frame around the outside (under the silicone) keeps it totally firm and stable, but the flexible cups allow everything to pop right out. The cups are slippery smooth, so nothing sticks to them. I’ve used this tray a bunch since I bought it, and I’ve never had a “I need to soak this” moment. Buy this muffin tray. You’ll be so proud of it.

I have other baking pans made by Trudeau and I'm a real fan. I'm tired of my metal pans eventually developing rust spots. I am excited that I can use these for my holiday baking. The metal support around the edges is great, and it's easier to pop out baked goods.

This pan works perfectly for egg bites, sticky muffins and freezing single serve soup portions. It cleans up so well and is sturdy and durable

Home cook, I started with a Trudeau Confetti mini-loaf pan last fall for bake sale baking. It is Wonderful stuff!!! I am now buying +pieces, when I’m able, where I have a baking pan need. Not ever going back to coated metal. When possible, I hope to be all silicone baking, short of high heat cast iron. Quick breads, more serious breads, muffins, cakes, individual layered meals, such a breeze. Everything browns beautifully in these silicone pans. The only thing I don’t do is use it for a very hot oven, like if a recipe calls for 425F or hotter, I choose black iron.ProsRims: the rims and handles are reinforced, pans are easy to pick up and manage; there’s no unwanted collapsing, folding or wiggling.Non-stick: I have Never had non stick anything that performs like silicone, it’s just amazing. Remove a mini muffin with one poke. Remove them all in a few seconds. No sticking, no lost/broken/fractured product and no mess.Butter: I brush lightly, as advised by manufacturer, using softened butter on a silicone pastry brush = browning is beautiful top to bottom.Cookie sheet: I set the silicone pans on a cookie sheet for putting into the oven, not directly on the oven rack.Cleanup: literally a hot rinse will clean it completely and right now. No long soaks required. Thorough hand wash or dishwasher when you want, cleanup is just the easiest thing ever.Cons: none so far.Highly Recommended.In case, like me last fall, you haven’t tried silicone baking yet, maybe try one piece of Trudeau that’s right for your most messy, tricky, sticky, tough to get out in one piece, takes overnight soaks to clean the pan thing. The cost isn’t bad and I was blown away with results.
