Dr. Whitaker Ocular Pressure & Retina Defense Supplement to Support Healthy Intraocular Pressure Levels, Circulation & Eye Tissue (30 Capsules)

So I've been taking these supplements since November, 2021 but I wanted to wait until my yearly eye exam to see if they did, in fact, lower my eye pressure. I just came home from my appointment and happy to report that yes, they do work! My right eye was the eye of concern as far as eye pressure for the doc. Last year the pressure reading was 26, 2 years ago it was 24, but this year it is down to 23. Big relief. When I started taking these I was only taking 1 dose daily, but back in either Feb or March, 2022 I started taking 2 doses, one a.m. and one p.m.. So I am hoping that come this time next year my pressure will be down to 20 or less. I will keep you posted!

I definitely noticed a pressure release in my eyes or some kind of constant discomfort/deterioration I was having which precipitated in me considering eye supplements. My eyes felt much better after a few days of taking these. I'm glad I bought this & at the same time purchased a regular eye vitamin supplement(Vita Vita Total Eye Complex) but I think I'm positive this one is what relieved my eye pressure which I was concerned about for my upcoming driver's license eye doctor test. I don't think I'm a hundred percent but I am definitely better.

If the bottle was just $20 I'd be OK but with this awful inflation, it's practically doubled in price, I use Dr prescribed eye drops. At first my Eye Dr was thrilled at my lowered eye pressure, but i do visit every few months. The next time my eye pressure was up again likely me not putting the drops in correctly. So attribute little to the pills and more to using an autodropper, also sold on Amazon

This is not a review for efficacy (although I haven't seen my ocular pressure lower and I've been taking twice a day) but for quality control.I found a different pill in my last bottle, I'm not sure what it is but considering this a a product targeted to folks with eye issues it would be good to make sure that what goes into the bottle is what is supposed to be there.
