I bought four packs of the rise gold candles to use on my daughter's birthday cake. The candles are packaged well, no breakage and no dents. These candles are a beautiful color! Long and slim, we easily fit 19 on an 8 inch round cake (plus a cake topper). We did not have an issue with the metallic finish coming off as some buyers have stated nor do I understand why these were listed as a 'frequently returned item.' I would definitely buy them again. They lit easily and quickly and looked fantastic.

These are so beautiful! Smooth slender with a soft metallic sheen. I used them for my first mini Kwanzaa candles, in Red, Black and Green, and I bought some Gold as well. They come with little plastic points so they're easy to press into a cake or cupcake. I gently removed the tips because I wanted to use with a tiny Kwanzaa candle holder. I added a bit of museum putty to hold them in place because they were a bit too thin for the holder. But the results were worth it. So lovely!

AMAZING! I am so happy with my amazon birthday haul. I was able to get all my daughters 16th birthday decorations super quick with next day on amazon prime. I love these candles so much. Color is true Champagne Gold and came with 4 individual packs of 6 candles per box. NOTE: The picture I added shows how much candle length is still left, after singing the birthday song. I can reuse these multiple times (because I like to save money ha!) I highly recommend this product! Great quality!

The candles arrived partially melted and are unappealing to look at as a result. Not really what I wanted for my birthday cake. If you don't order during a really hot summer (I live in Arizona) they would probably be fine though. Edit: The seller offered me a full refund so I'm moving my review up one star, because they definitely didn't have to do that. Amazon is responsible for the delivery and quality check so imo the seller went above and beyond. Thank you!!
