Good Flavor
Good flavor but a little difficult to work with. I'm still learning how to work with this flour. It makes the bread quite dense, but the taste is good. It won't work for all recipes that use regular flour.. This is whole Spelt flour there is also a light Spelt I guess it works better with some wheat flour recipes. I haven't tried that one yet. I'm just trying eat healthier and from what I have read this type of flour is better for you.

Very tasty spelt!!
Really impressed with the SPELT (taste and performance) from 1st order. So I reordered. 2nd order, the bag looked like it went through the mill with the grain! LOL! NOT happy, and not comfortable using due to health and safety. Amazon did refund my money, which was VERY nice. I have reordered a 3rd time, but DEAR SELLER - PLEASE DON'T SEND SPELT FLOUR IN TATTERED PARTIALLY OPENED BAGS THAT CUSTOMERS WOULDN'T PURCHASE IN PERSON. In today's world, food needs to be securely sealed and look fresh. I am giving you 5 stars, because the spelt is excellent.

Expiration date
I am a repeat purchaser of this product but was very disappointed to know that product is set to expire soon. I bought the bulk package of 6 so I have 12 flours all scheduled to expire in Jan 2022.

Packet was ripped
Packet is torn about halfway down. Contents were spilling out into box. I’ll have to find a container to put the flour in. I notice that it’s not possible to return this item. I guess I’m lucky to have only lost a little flour.

Can be eaten by my daughter who is otherwise gluten intolerant.
This makes great waffles! My daughter, who can't eat "regular" flour, can eat this. However, if you have gluten sensitivities, I would suggest only trying a small amount at first to see how you react. This is much healthier than your typical bleached flour.

Great bread flour for regulating blood sugar levels
This flour was recommended by a friend with Diabetes. Bread made with this flour does not cause my husbands blood sugar to go through the roof so this allows him to eat bread in moderation, which he loves, and still have a good blood sugar. I make bread in my bread machine with great results. Thank you
