These knobs are nice and heavy, fit tightly and seem like a great deal. The second time I used one of them, I purchased a five pack, the spring, or whatever inside stopped working. I couldn’t turn it or anything and the gas was just coming out of the stove without being lit. I quickly yanked the knob off of the stove which stopped the gas. I traded it out with another knob. So, just got them and one broken in 2 uses. There’s no way to contact the seller. I don’t want to return the knobs, or I will have none on my stove and will be unable to use it. I would like to just return the broken one, but have no way to ask anyone. So, now I guess I need to buy a new knob, but really the seller should allow for contact. My advice is not to buy from this seller.

When I ordered these knobs there were no other reviews. Item had an excellent description and write up about their product. I especially liked where it talked about being metal. So, I took a chance w/o any other reviews.Well, was I pleased? Yes! Knobs are built per their details. Heavier than the original piece of crap. These new knobs look better than the old. When I put them on I noticed they fit very snugly. Which is a good thing. The old knobs would fall off with the slightest touch.Bottom line, I highly recommend as a solid replacement for those original overpriced pieces of junk. GET SOME!

We purchased all new Samsung applicances for a kitchen remodel in 2012. The knobs on the stove started peeling from the heat of the oven. This was very unsightly and it bugged my when on a daily bases when I cleaned the stove. So I went to samsung website to to order replacements. THey were 17.00 each plus shipping. Just for kicks I went to Amazon to see if they had replacement knobs and was surprised that they did. So I offered them. Got them in 2 days. Super happy with them and would recommend them to others. This vendor stated a new improved model which is what i was looking for, as I didn’t want to repeat replacing them again down the road. The price was right !

Yes, these replacement stove knobs are shinier than the originals but they still look great and best of all they are a 10th of the cost of the replacements through Samsung. People stated some knobs did not go on all of the way, I found that you need to gently but firmly ease them on. Also, one was not going on so I tried another spot which worked perfectly. Other people stated these would not last, I am not sure yet but if I had to replace these in a year or two as long as they remain affordable I would not be disappointed. I am pleased.

They are *precisely* the same as the designed-to-break knobs that the stove came with: plastic covered in a steel-looking coating. That said, the plastic end that cracks appears to have a little retainer thing that may prevent them from breaking: only time will tell. They're also pretty tight. 2 pushed on all the way, the other three are sticking out about 1/4" further because I just can't get them to wiggle any further on.

To turn on the burner, you need to push in, then turn. This activates the gas. With these knobs, you push in, but then the rod connected to the stove will not turn. I believe it is because the holes in the knob are too deep to engage the rod, so you push in and nothing happens. They kinda-sorta worked when we first got them six months ago, but now they are totally useless. I don't know if there is a viable option for replacement knobs, since all the amazon ones appear to be cheap knock-offs. Boo to Samsung for making lousy knobs in the first place.

These look great, but they are poorly made. Whatever the mechanism is (I think it’s a spring) that allows you to press and then turn to ignite the stove failed within a week. Many other reviewers have reported the same problem. It renders them useless. It’s too bad because they really look great. 4 out of 5 knobs failed in the first week. Very disappointed. If anyone has a workaround please let us know.

Great replacement for my Samsung stove. These actually looks much better than the ones that came with the stove. The only minor problem was that the inside hole needed to have a section that surpresses the piece on the stove that it slides on, in order to turn on the stove, but a few of them didnt have that piece INSIDE the knob hole. But, I stuck some cardboard inside it, and it worked perfectly, surpressing the turn on valve.
