As soon as this sweetener arrived I opened it and tasted it. I really liked it, and the fact that it doesn't have any fillers like maltodextrin which has a high glycemic index and can raise your blood sugar. That's what happened to me after using Ideal sweetener. I never knew why my sugars increased and I never suspected it was Ideal sweetener until I read about maltodextrin. I made chocolate pudding yesterday with this Monk Fruit Sweetener with Erythritol and it came out delicious, better than the store box kind. I tested my glucose two hours after having a pudding to see if this sweetener raised my sugar and it didn't. I'm very happy with this product and will continue to buy it. It is now a staple in my house.
