good quality
The one piece construction is a bonus for cleaning . A previous set with composite riveted handles only lasted 12 months as the handles were destroyed in the dishwasher . The knives are sharp from the box and keep their edge. I have decided not to put these in the dishwasher as even stainless steel will rust slightly after exposure to the harsh cleaning temperatures in the machine. Also the handles are hollow and have read that if you have a micro hole in the handle there can be ingress of water if the knives are immersed for long periods. With hand washing and prompt drying these knives should last many years and represent excellent value for money.

Per il momento tre stelle Il Ceppo è pessimo perché la parte Metallica non ha nessuna protezione graffia il piano di lavoro. Speriamo almeno per i coltelli farò una valutazione più avanti dopo il numero di lavaggi per verificare che non vi sia ossidazione.Aggiornamento gennaio 2021 dopo avere provveduto a levare la sbavatura Metallica del ceppo e ha aggiunto dei feltrini al di sotto posso dire che a parte questo i coltelli sono di ottima fattura nessuna ossidazione nel tempo
