The Perfect Cup of Tea
Exactly what ive been searching for - a strong black tea that does not leave a strange or bitter aftertaste. I just use 1 teaball in a 2 cup mug & it is a perfect cup of tea. Worth the extra cost & will def buy again.

Best darjeeling I've ever had!!
I love me some darjeeling, so this was only a natural choice. Imagine my surprise when I have that first cup and it is complete and utter bliss! They used to offer a darjeeling chai a couple years ago, but I haven't seen it in a bit - of course, you can always add your own spices and make your own, and yes, you can get chai masala to turn your darjeeling into darjeeling masala chai. So yeah, you want good darjeeling? Buy this one.

Darjeeling-esque
I was curious about this because it received good reviews but is really inexpensive for a tea from Darjeeling. I liked this brewed at 1-1.5 teaspoons per cup, water at 185-190 F, for five minutes or even longer. The lower temperature allows more flavor nuances to emerge, as does a little milk. The bottom of the bag said that the tea was picked in October, making this a third or autumn flush tea, not a summer tea, as stated. This is what it tastes like, third flush teas are softer and deeper than second flush teas. This tea is like a Darjeeling, it is definitely from Northern India, but I'm not sure whether it is from Darjeeling or not. A tremendous amount of tea is grown in northern West Bengal, where Darjeeling is situated, and all around it. These teas are becoming more widely known, with good reason. Some of these areas are still relatively primitive, their teas are Darjeeling-esque, but with their own character, and are less expensive for now, just as teas from Nepal or Sikkim were less expensive a decade ago. The tea I've had that this reminded me the most of was a third flush tea from Nepal, the leaf quality and intriguing smell reminded me of a tea from Donyi Polo in Arunachal Pradesh. This Vahdam tea is higher quality than anything mainstream in a grocery store, but the teas from Northern India are capable of far more in terms of flavour: the variety and art of Camellia Sinensis in this part of the world is amazing. However, you do pay for this, in twenty odd years I have never found a deal in a Darjeeling, everyone involved knows exactly what they have. So, the question is what is really your cup of tea. If you want to know what the big deal is with Darjeeling tea, you're better off with named estate teas from a specialty company in the region, these are always well-described and consumer-rated. If this is too complicated, if you want a better than average cup of tea at a good price, this tea fits the bill..

Vahdam does it again
Another delicious tea from Vahdam. I've been very satisfied with the various Vahdam teas that I have tried in recent years. This one is great too.

Good everyday tea. Real leaves without much of residue or tea dust.

No Muscatel Flavor - avoid
Purchased the second flush Darjeeling tea loose leaf. Absolutely zero Darjeeling or Muscatel flavor. Can't believe I paid so much for this tea. Weirdly I got the Darjeeling second flush tea bags from the same brand and they are pretty good.

Follow companies suggestions for brewing or mine which is what I read instructions tea note
Love Daily Darjeeling tea.I was about to toss it out first/2nd try made with metal tea strainer .For this one you need to follow directions.ex 1 cup hot water add 1 teaspoon tea leaves let tea leaves bloom in hot water no more than 3 or 4 minutes.before straining w/your metal tea strainer into another empty ceramic cup.I just moved don’t have a teapot.. I don’t plan on getting one My tea is so good.I don’t need to add sweetener.I also add a crumbled up sliver almost nothing cinnamon stick to tea leaves b4 brewing or and cardamom. The cinnamon or not is good enough. If you have tea glasses better You’ll Love it again follow tea companies directions or mine.Basically same ADD hot water to your cup adjust taste if you prefer stronger or lighter tea .Also this tea I find when it’s cooled off add more boiling /hot water taste is still as good as when you brewed it first time. You can also do a second steep same method strained leaves used within a hour no more than 2 hours.if doing that …,You will be a repeat happy customer like I plan to be

I first bought thus Darjeeling tea roughly 5 years ago for brewing Kombucha. The taste and brewing with this tea was definitely great, but at the time I bought it, I wasn't as into tea in general or as knowledgeable about different brands. Years later and many tea brands later, I have come back to this brand, as it was definitely far superior! Knowing what I do now, this is a definitely the tea to go for. They vacuum seal it and leave you a bag to put it into afterwards as well, really does add to the value. We also use it for Tea eggs and it really does add another layer of flavor that other tea just simply doesn't! I don't use any other brand now for my Kombucha!
